~My name is Ildiko Puskas. A few years ago I have attended an Art Workshop that was lead by Kathleen Brigidina Haerr. We started out the workshop with meditation and painted our feelings. This beautiful experience was so freeing and healing, I wanted to continue with it, but didn't know how. Kathy encouraged me to keep painting my feelings and to apply at the ArtSpace Lofts as an Artist. She said "We are all Artists". It took some convincing to start to believe in myself and shed self judgment, but her persistence has helped to change my life, heal and evolve. I am so grateful for Kathy's belief in me and her encouragement. I've been living at the Elgin ArtSpace Lofts for 3 years. Kathy is such a great teacher for women. She helps to bring out our creativity, heal through Art and to make us feel hopeful and beautiful. I hope that she continues with her work because she can benefit many women. She is a blessing.

~ I just had a wonderful healing session with Brigidina. It was for me like a shamanic experience. I felt like Brigidina was painting my essence from an out of body-type experience. She was capturing my inner most thoughts and energy, and they were put in an art form that is a unique style of people's energy essence. She captured, my empathic connection with animals, especially my wolf/dog and hawk totems. Also, my past lives as a medicine women who called an energy sword in both hands. Plus so much more. It is an unique experience that everyone should experience. Afterwards I felt energized and like I had just awoken from a deep relaxing sleep.
